We are still OPEN for business but are now working from home.

In line with Government guidelines on the COVID 19 (Coronavirus) and in the interest of keeping our staff safe we have taken the decision on 21 March to operate from home.

All our retail shops will remain closed to customers until further notice.

Our teams will still be available to you but will deal with all of our customers by telephone and email. Our phones are being manned by a pool of staff, so it will be unlikely that you will be able to speak to the person who originally made your booking. If your booking becomes affected by an extension of travel restrictions, then we will be aware of it and will contact you to let you know.

For departures in June and onwards, we would please ask that you wait for us to contact you in date order, rather than trying to phone us, as this may result in you being unable to get through.

Our revised opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm
Saturday Closed
Sunday Closed

Refund Credit Notes:
We are finding that the majority of Tour Operators are allowing clients to amend their holidays or are offering Refund Credit Notes rather than refunds. The Refund Credit Note gives you the flexibility to re-book your holiday when you are ready too and are also financial protected by either ABTA or ATOL. Some Tour Operators are allowing us to request a refund instead of a Refund Credit Note, however these refunds are taking a long time to come through, so please be bear with us and we will process the refund as quickly as possible once we have received it from the Tour Operators.

This is a very difficult time for the world, but we do hope you will continue to support the travel industry and book your flights, holidays, tours & cruises with us.

We are taking new bookings to depart from July 2020 all the way through to December 2021.

We will send out further communication once our shops can reopen. Like many businesses we are looking forward to the resumption of normal activity but in the meantime, we thank you for your understanding.
